What is hypnosis?

What is the difference between the conscious mind and the subconscious mind?
The conscious mind is the logical mind and the creative part of our mind. It has all the good intentions of what we want to do, achieve, change, or become in life. It has all our wishes and desires.
The subconscious mind has all of our habits and programs built into it. Everything we have ever experienced or learned in life is stored in our subconscious mind and as soon as the conscious mind gets distracted, the subconscious mind takes over.
